Beyoncé’s Black in King Features Many, Many Stars!

Beyoncé’s latest venture is a visual album/movie called Black is King. Released on streaming service Disney Plus, the film is a rough remake of 2019’s The Lion King, which featured Beyonce as well. Amidst the current social situation, such an empowering movie goes a long way toward promoting and celebrating black culture from all over the world. The film runs like a series of different music videos where you’ll see various beautiful artists from different parts of our planet coming together to create magic.

We also see Lion King’s franchise favorites such as Simba, Mufasa, Rafiki, Sarabi, Nala, and Scar. The amalgamation of these two worlds was a sight to see. For those who haven’t seen Bey’s 2019 The Lion King, you should check it out. Although Beyoncé and Jay-Z headline the whole thing, there are other artists as well that are brilliant at what they do.
